Description: Administrative dump from the internal management modules of the
Fiscalía General del Estado de Coahuila - Control Vehicular. This dataset was harvested directly from the live production system by exploiting critical IDOR vulnerabilities and bypassing security controls to gain administrative-level access. Through automated scraping, we consolidated a repository of
800 individual PDF records that map fiscal, vehicular, and status-based data points for targeted individuals.
Important Note on Data Integrity:
The primary
CSV file provides the structural overview (Folio, Owner, Vehicle Model, Status). Note that the CSV alone does not contain sensitive contact fields like phone numbers or emails.
All sensitive PII (Personally Identifiable Information), including private emails, phone numbers, and full home addresses, is contained within the individual PDF request forms linked to each folio. This allows for a two-tier extraction process.
Tactical Value & Utility:
- Advanced Social Engineering: By cross-referencing the CSV (Vehicular status) with the private contact details found in the PDF dumps, this is a goldmine for advanced phishing, targeted extortion, and impersonation campaigns.
- Administrative Audit: The "Fecha de Revisión" and "Estatus" flags allow researchers or threat actors to identify active permits and administrative movements within the state infrastructure.
