Usage Instructions:
- Do not use special characters or Cyrillic in file paths.
- If ffmpeg is installed in PATH (check by entering "ffmpeg" in the console) but the program says "ffmpeg not installed," run the program as an administrator.
- To use the GPU, install CUDA 11.8.0.
