First, ensure the card details are valid.
Second, you need an Instagram account that is at least three months old and has one or two published posts.
Third, you need a SOCKS5 proxy located near the cardholder's location.
Fourth, disable any settings that might leak your IP address.
Fifth, log into the account, remove any old active sessions, and proceed to add the card; if the card is valid (not "dead"), it will not require verification.
Do not make purchases or transfers; simply add the card, then go to your previously published posts and set up a "Boost" (e.g., with a budget of $150). You will not be asked for verification, and the amount will be charged to the card.
The post will be promoted and reach a wide audience. You can create multiple accounts to build your own business or simply sell the accounts.
Also, if the card is eventually flagged or disconnected, the funds will not be refunded to the cardholder, yet the post will have already been promoted.
