Refund work for any country. Any card from any country has chances to accept refund. All you do is provide me with visa/mastercard number + expiry date. (I don't require the cvv). Then I will make refund test try. If it works we put it to the limit. The limit goes to more than 100k$+ on any bank. Come lets test any bank. This is safe, refunds are safe.
