Dude.. it's a scam. Why would anyone on earth offer to sell you a BTC wallet that has 200BTC in it?

If they had access to a real wallet, they'd just transfer the BTC to a tumbler or chain hop it to make it untraceable and then cash out. If it's too good to be true, then it's a scam.
