CCS / BINS / LOGS / NON VBV CARDS

[Markobe]

Hello everyone im new to this. I'm looking for a person that has experience and perhaps wants a partner in this sector. Im willing to split 40/60 profits with someone. People are actually selling these cards for 25$ yet they have balances anywhere from 500 - 800$, HOW? If anyone here knows how all of this works and has spare time to explain or work with me make sure to let me know.

99.99% who sells you a non-vbv card with balance is scammers , who sells dead cards or active cards with but with zero balance . so take care
