DON'T Buy From This Supplier — And Stay the Hell Away From the NEXUS Platform
Let me be clear: this isn't me hating for no reason. This is a lesson I paid for with my own money, and I'm posting it so nobody else falls for this crap.
Here's what happened:
I found a supplier on the NEXUS platform. The reviews looked decent. Before I paid, their support was all smiles — super chatty, answered every question, seemed totally legit. The second the money left my account? Whole vibe changed.
First order: a dead account. Couldn't log in, period. I figured maybe it was a fluke, so I hit up support — and that's when the excuse machine started:
"It's probably your network." "Try a different device." "Must be user error." "Wait a little longer, might be a system delay."
They kept shifting the blame onto me, cycling through every excuse in the book. I did everything they said — account still dead. Then it became: "This batch of accounts has issues." "There's nothing I can do." "Contact the platform." And if I pushed any harder? Radio silence. Straight-up ghosted.
Stubborn me, I placed more orders with the same supplier. Every single time, the exact same result: dead accounts. Not one usable. And the support routine never changed — make excuses, blame you, go silent, and finally, once I'd had enough, the supplier blocked me. Yes, you read that right: the buyer got blocked by the seller. Money gone. Accounts gone. Not even an "I'm sorry." At this point, it's not bad customer service — it's a textbook scam: sell you dead accounts, stall you with excuses, drag it out until you give up, then block you.
Now let's talk about the NEXUS platform itself — somehow even worse:
- Their "support" acts like royalty — condescending, dismissive, straight-up rude. You pay these people, and it feels like begging for a favor. Half an hour just to get one reply, and they make you feel annoying for asking;
- The platform is garbage. I placed 4 orders there. Here's the breakdown: 2 were flat-out scams — paid for accounts that never existed; 2 were dead accounts — completely useless. Four orders, zero usable ones. You trust those odds?
- When things go sideways, the platform does nothing. Complaints go nowhere. Sellers make excuses and block buyers while the platform looks the other way — they already got their cut, so who cares?
So here's my advice:
1. Don't buy from this supplier. Ever. Every single purchase is money down the drain. When something goes wrong, all they do is make excuses. No replacements, no refunds. Blocking buyers isn't a bug — it's their "customer support";
2. Skip NEXUS if you can. A platform with no real support and zero seller accountability — what protection are you actually getting?
3. For anything big, use a channel with buyer protection and arbitration. Don't get charmed by pre-sale "friendliness." Do your research, look for warning posts, and trust nobody until they've proven themselves.
Call it tuition. I paid it so you don't have to. Money's hard to come by — don't throw it away like I did.
