Fraud ?

I purchase US-issued cards that come with a specific user agent (mobile). I then configure AdsPower to match that user agent and use a proxy with a fraud score of 0–15, ensuring the proxy is located in the same state as the card. After that, I "warm up" the profile for 10–15 minutes. Finally, I go to G2A to purchase gift cards, but the transactions still get rejected.
