A panel is just an Xtream Codes reseller front-end. You need the M3U or the Xtream login, not the panel itself.

Two routes

Route A — public lists (legal, free, no expiry drama)

Go to github.com/iptv-org/iptv — thousands of channels, sorted by country.
Grab the index.m3u for your region.
Load in TiviMate, OTT Navigator or VLC.
Route B — Xtream portals (full Sky/BT/TNT sports, but they burn)

Get a portal URL + user/pass from a leaked panel list or a free trial.
Open http://[portal]:8080/get.php?username=&password=[p]&type=m3u_plus&output=ts
Paste that M3U into IPTV Smarters Pro or TiviMate.
If it 401s, the account is dead — grab another.
Free trial panels worth trying
Search the channel archive for trial — resellers hand out 24h lines to farm signups. One line per reseller, rotate.

Notes

Never pay for "lifetime" from an unknown reseller. 1-month max until they're proven.
Portal port is usually 8080, 25461 or 80. If 8080 is dead, try 25461.
Public lists buffer on big events. For match days use the Xtream route.
Use a VPN if your ISP throttles IPTV — it is the single most throttled traffic class there is.
Test with curl before loading into an app so you don't waste a slot.
