Need recommendation for an+rn lookup currently up and running, please.

And, if you've used it enough to know, how often is it or any an+rn lookup going to hit or come up empty? I rarely see them implemented and they never seem to stick around long despite being relatively expensive, be curious if its a static result set trying to match to a fullz search or if theres any "live" service or method for coming up with these things.
