Hacking socials without plain phishing or physical access to device ?

Hello, just wondering, I need to get access to some socials (Insta, Whatsapp) to solve a problem.
However, the person doesn't look at their emails at all, and despite knowing for sure that my phishing mail didn't end up into spam, if the person never reads it well, it can't really work lol
Speaking for insta, as I have no idea on how to do it for whatsapp
Is there anyone who knows how it would be possible ? I'm sure there are people exploiting zero days or even corrupted staff at insta/whatsapp/microsoft etc
I though about trying to directly get to the email provider with acsr (as it's outlook) but it's also nearly impossible, and as have no way to pay online I can't just hire a hacker, which I wouldn't trust anyway, so trying my shot here.
